Relocating expats arrive with the same question: “Who can I trust?” ECS exists to answer it. We connect expats moving to Nicaragua and Georgia with a small, vetted group of local professionals — doctors, lawyers, property experts, accountants, and concierge services. We cap every category at four professionals per country, so you are one of a curated shortlist — never one name in a long list.

Expats never pay to use ECS. Our members are professionals who want serious, research-driven clients — not tire-kickers.

Georgia’s professional network is being built now — founding applications are open. The destination guides are already live; the member roster is not, so founding professionals lock in their category before it fills and keep founding pricing at renewal. Batumi and Tbilisi categories are open first.

Our first-year promise

If we haven’t routed you a single enquiry in your first six months, we extend your membership free until we do. We’re confident in the model — you shouldn’t have to be before you’ve seen it work.

Why we cap every category at four. Most directories sell the same page to every business that pays — hundreds of names, none of them recommended. ECS lists no more than four professionals per category, per country, and points expats toward the right one for their situation. A shortlist of four you belong on is worth far more — to you and to the expat — than a list of hundreds you’re buried in. Within those four, one Partner holds the lead position and up to two hold Featured placement. When the four are taken, the category is closed until a spot opens.

Payments are handled securely through PayPal or Stripe. ECS connects expats with licensed, independent professionals; we do not provide legal or medical advice ourselves.

Questions professionals ask us

How many professionals do you list per category?

No more than four per category, per country. Placement within those four is what the tiers buy: Standard is the single entry spot on the shortlist, Featured is one of up to two top placements, and Partner is the one lead position. When a category’s four spots are filled, it closes until one opens.

What does an ECS listing include?

Every listing includes a verified profile in our member directory and direct enquiries from relocating expats. Featured adds top placement, a dedicated profile article, and priority introductions. Partner adds the lead position and up to eight qualified introductions a year.

What is a “qualified introduction,” and how do they work?

A qualified introduction is when an expat contacts ECS with a specific need (say, an English-speaking dentist in Tbilisi for implants), we confirm the person and the need are real, and we hand them to you by name with context — not a click or a form, an actual match. Partner members receive up to eight of these a year. Beyond that, each further qualified introduction is $75, so you only ever pay for a real match.

How is ECS different from a business directory?

ECS is a human referral network, not a directory. We vet every member, cap each category at four per country, and personally point expats toward the right member for their situation. You are recommended, not merely listed.

Who are the expats ECS works with?

Primarily English-speaking expats from the USA, Canada, the UK, and Europe: retirees and semi-retirees, remote workers, and medical and dental travelers. They are research-driven and arrive ready to engage a professional — that is why they came to ECS.

What happens after I apply?

We review your credentials and references, then schedule a short call. If your category’s spot is open and the fit is right, your profile goes live within days. If the four spots are full, you join the waitlist for that destination at no charge.
